Older Lundy & Alvarez Successfully Petitions for First “Essential Business” Reclassification in Tampa Bay Area
Older Lundy & Alvarez successfully petitioned for the first “Essential” Reclassification in the Tampa Bay Area on behalf of “Woodie’s Wash Shack”. Woodie’s has been reclassified as “Essential” after its closure and original classification as “Non-Essential” in Pinellas County. The firm’s emergency petition was the first ever filed for purposes of reclassification in the Tampa Bay Area, and the first to prove successful. While we did not obtain a formal ruling on the merits, the county administrator and sheriff provided the very relief we sought after considerable resistance.
