Monica Angel joined Older Lundy Alvarez & Koch in 2020 as the firm’s Chief Strategy Officer. With a particular eye for detail and organization, she enjoys working directly with CEO Michael Lundy and CFO Brian Lefforts to ensure that the firm continues to maintain a positive culture in the growing workplace and supporting the community. Before joining Older Lundy Alvarez & Koch, Mrs. Angel helped Florida startups to grow and flourish. She ran the Angel Consulting Firm working with law firms throughout Tampa Bay. Most recently, she was the Director of Partner Success for Synapse Florida, a statewide nonprofit connecting the innovation ecosystem throughout the state of Florida through the Synapse Summit and other events and services. She also founded and continues to serve as the Executive Director for Cure Kids’ Cancer NOW!
