A Message from Michael Lundy to Our Clients
This is no doubt an extremely challenging time. We have been experiencing something in our country and around the world that is life-changing. It goes without saying that this virus is very serious, and that everyone everywhere needs to take it seriously. COVID-19 will affect how we all will live for the foreseeable future in every aspect of our lives. I want all of you to know that our firm has been monitoring the situation in real time to assess the risks we all face in our personal and professional lives, which may include in the court system. I want everyone to know that thus far, I am not aware of any of our firm’s employees or the members of their households displaying symptoms of this virus, which suggests that no one in our office has contributed to its spread or placed you at risk if you have had recent contact.
Older Lundy Koch & Martino is and will remain in a state of vigilance and caution. We have made the decision to suspend client meetings in our office beginning Monday, March 15 through Sunday, March 22 and will use that time to continue to evaluate risks. We are asking our clients to contact our attorneys and paralegals via phone to the extent you have any needs or concerns during this time. If for any reason you have any difficulty getting in touch with someone, I want you to contact me. I can be reached on my mobile phone at 813-598-2074 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will personally make sure that your concerns are immediately addressed.
Rest assured that we care about you and your families and that we will do everything we can to continue to be available around the clock for our clients. We will also endeavor to continue to make the best decisions we can for everyone’s safety and well-being.
